SPECIAL OCCASION DECORATED & FROSTED CAKES
Flavor infusions are added into cakes. Infusions can be flavored liquor or extract that would compliment the overall cake. The infusions are meant to add moisture to the cake and infuse it with flavors and aromatics.
Cakes appeal to our senses: taste, sight, and smell as we enjoy each bite.
FLAVORS: Red Velvet (my version); Chocolate, White or Yellow Butter; Mocha Chocolate; Citrus; Black Walnut, Pecan, Hazelnut; Cheese Cakes (most flavors); Angel Food; Sponge Cake Roll, Carrot, Pound Cakes
FILLINGS & FROSTINGS: Butter Cream; Chocolate, Mocha, Raspberry Buttter Cream; Lemon, Lime or Pineapple Curd; Swiss Meringue, White Chocolate Swiss Meringue, Chocolate Swiss Meringue; Chocolate Ganache; Strawberry & Raspberry Filling; Whip Cream; Marscapone; Cream Cheese
Cakes are available in several shapes and sizes; layered, torted, sheet or tiered. Petit Fours and cupcakes are available, also.
