Fresh or frozen fruit (not canned) are used in all our pastries. Pie shells are made from scratch (not pre-made from grocer's shelf). We use heavy cream, real egg whites and butter. NOTE: Sugar-free, diabetic and Vegan recipes are under development.

QUICHE: Lorraine, Spinach, Bacon, Ham, Shrimp
OTHER ITEMS: Studel (apple, peach, cherry); Pate Choux (sweet or savory); Creme Brulee
