Join Frankie for a fabulous lunch & dessert. She will demonstrate techniques for making batter, sauteing & filling crepes & cheese blintzes with fresh berry sauce. After lunch you will be making your own delightful dessert. We will also discuss how crepes can be served as a savory main course, and as a substitute for flour tortillas. $50.00 includes a delicious lunch, all ingredients, materials & recipes.
